This dataset contains the transcripts for 38 interviews as part of Amy Ertan's doctoral research into military AI innovation and security. The interviews were semi-structured in format. All interviewees confirmed their consent before being interviewed. Interviews were audio recorded before being transcripted digitally. All transcripts have been anonymised. Part A: Anonymised interview transcripts for U.K. approach to military AI innovation conducted as part of doctoral studies. 14 interviews - 2020 Part B: Anonymised interview transcripts for NATO approach to military AI innovation conducted as part of doctoral studies. 17 interviews - 2020/2021 Part C: Anonymised interview transcripts for U.S. approach to military AI innovation conducted as part of doctoral studies. 7 interviews - 2020/2021
