Gene expression profile at single cell level of hepatocytes from livers of ad libitum fed (AL) and intermitently fasted (IF) mice.

Hepatocytes are considered as a heterogenous cell population in the liver. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity of hepatocytes in livers under different feeding conditions. Overall design: Hepatocytes from ad libitum fed or intermittently fasted mice were isolated and analyzed using scRNAseq.
