NFE2L1/NRF1 is a transcription factor activated in response to proteasome impairment. This experiment aimed at discovering gene expression profiles specifically regulated by NRF1 activation. The experiment was set-up upon Bortezomib (proteasome inhibitor) treatment in cell line expressing either endogenous NRF1, NRF1 knock-out or reconstituted Ubiquitin-NRF1 7ND (7 N-glycolsylation sites edited to aspartic acid residues).
