The genome of Shewanella sp. FeAMO harbors multiple functional genes associated with heavy metal resistance, iron reduction, and sulfate metabolism. Among them, copper resistance-related genes include copA, copR, and the cus operon (cusA, cusB, cusR, cusS); cobalt/zinc/chromium resistance-related genes include cusA, cusB, cusC, and cusD; iron reduction-related genes mainly involve the mtr operon (mtrA, mtrB, mtrC, mtrD, mtrE, mtrF, mtrH), omcA, cymA, and doxD; in addition, assimilatory sulfate reduction-related genes including cysC, cysD, cysN, cysQ, cysH, cysJ, cysI, and sirA were also annotated. This table contains the detailed annotation results.
