Long-term monitoring dataset of zooplankton compositions in tropical western Taiwan coastal water

The dataset (Taichi_zoo_com_SD_Dat.csv) is originated from a 31-year continuous long-term monitoring program on the tropical coastal areas of western Taiwan quarterly from 1994, Feb. to 2024, Oct. This long-term monitoring data can provide a valuable foundation for assessing how effluent-driven pH decline and broader climatic changes influence zooplankton community composition.The R Code file (Taichi_zoo.com_SD_plots.r) to produce descriptive figures.The SST.valid.csv is the sea surface temperature of neaby stations on the same sampling dates as the dataset from the NOAA Optimum Interpolation Sea Surface Temperature (OISST) database.
