Stem-like signatures in human meningioma cells are under the control of CXCL11/CXCL12 chemokine activity

Meningioma cells, isolated from human tumors, were selected in stem-cell-permissive or cell-differentiation media and analysed by single cell partitioning with 10X Chromium controller followed by sequencing. Overall design: For each experimental sample (differentiated or stem), two different specimens, one from a male and one from a female patients were mixed before single cell partitioning. This allowed demultiplexing the samples by means of Y-linked genes.
