本申请登记的数据集为我单位委托专业代理机构对山东省2024年新兴软件和新型信息技术服务产业相关专利的查询与分析，具体对申请日为2024年、申请人地址位于山东省、专利类型为发明授权、战略新兴产业分类为新兴软件和新型信息技术服务的专利进行筛选采集，分析平台为智慧芽全球专利数据库，简单同族合并后并对原始数据处理分类建立数据库，并从应用领域和技术主题两个层级方面对数据库分类标引，其中，应用领域分类层级包括软件测试、安全通信、数据处理、交通流量、协同作业等，技术主题分类层级包括互联网、控制系统、计算机科学、决策分析等，因整体数据量不大，标引过程中进行了人工去噪，最终得到数据522条。通过此数据，可直观了解并掌握山东省2024年新兴软件和新型信息技术服务产业相关专利的布局情况和重点技术发展现状，为企业制定技术研发、专利布局及市场竞争策略提供有力依据，助力企业在产业领域精准决策、提升竞争力。

The dataset registered in this application is the patent query and analysis commissioned by our institution to a professional agency for the emerging software and new information technology service industry in Shandong Province in 2024. Specifically, patents were screened and collected according to the following criteria: filing date in 2024, applicant's address located in Shandong Province, patent type being granted invention patents, and strategic emerging industry classification falling under emerging software and new information technology service. The analysis was conducted using the PatSnap Global Patent Database as the platform. After merging simple patent families, the original data was processed, classified, and a dedicated database was established. Subsequently, the database was classified and indexed from two hierarchical dimensions: application fields and technical themes. The application field classification hierarchy covers software testing, secure communication, data processing, traffic flow management, collaborative work, and other categories, while the technical theme classification hierarchy includes the Internet, control systems, computer science, decision analysis, and other categories. Given the relatively small overall data volume, manual denoising was performed during the indexing process, and a total of 522 valid patent entries were finally obtained. This dataset enables intuitive understanding and mastery of the patent layout and key technological development status of the emerging software and new information technology service industry in Shandong Province in 2024. It provides a solid foundation for enterprises to formulate technology R&D, patent layout, and market competition strategies, and assists enterprises in making precise decisions and enhancing their competitiveness in the industrial sector.
