Height (Elevation) is a high value dataset (HVD). This follows from Directive (EU) 2019/1024 of the European Parliament and of the Council on open data and the re-use of public sector information and its implementing regulation, which defines specifically HVD. The data model of this HVD dataset is identical to the INSPIRE data model for the topic Elevation.
高程（Elevation）属于高价值数据集（High Value Dataset, HVD）。该分类依据欧洲议会与欧盟理事会《关于开放数据与公共部门信息再利用的第2019/1024号指令》及其实施条例，该文件对高价值数据集作出了明确定义。本高价值数据集的数据模型与欧洲空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）针对高程主题所规定的数据模型完全一致。
