Bulk rock, glass, melt inclusion and host phenocryst geochemical compositions for materials from Tolbachik volcanic field, Kamchatka, RussiaTolbachik geochemistry (NERC Grant NE/M000303/1)

This dataset contains bulk rock, glass, melt inclusion and host phenocryst geochemical compositions for materials from Tolbachik volcanic field, Kamchatka, Russia, together with supporting petrographic information. Sampling localities are provided together with the bulk rock compositional data. Samples were acquired between 2016 and 2019 and the data were collected between 2016 and 2020 using secondary electron microscopy, electron microprobe analysis, secondary ion mass spectrometry, laser ablation ICP-MS, X-ray fluorescence and solution ICP-MS, and multi-collector ICP-MS methods. Most of the data are included in a manuscript (Iveson et al.) to be submitted to Journal of Petrology in March 2022.本数据集包含取自俄罗斯堪察加半岛托尔巴奇克火山场（Tolbachik volcanic field）样品的全岩（bulk rock）、玻璃质、熔体包裹体（melt inclusion）及寄主斑晶地球化学组成，并附带相关岩石学辅助资料。采样点位信息与全岩组成数据一同提供。样品采集工作于2016至2019年间完成，数据采集则在2016至2020年间通过二次电子显微镜（secondary electron microscopy）、电子探针分析（electron microprobe analysis）、二次离子质谱（secondary ion mass spectrometry）、激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱（laser ablation ICP-MS）、X射线荧光光谱（X-ray fluorescence）、溶液进样电感耦合等离子体质谱（solution ICP-MS）及多接收电感耦合等离子体质谱（multi-collector ICP-MS）等方法完成。本数据集大部分数据已整理入一篇将于2022年3月提交至《岩石学杂志》（Journal of Petrology）的论文（Iveson等）中。
