A total of 18 samples were selected from 4 periods during the growth of phaseolus vulgaris pods and grains, and total RNA was extracted respectively for transcriptome sequencing and functional detection of the corresponding genes, which laid a certain data foundation for subsequent studies. Firstly, 18 samples were selected from four periods of phaseolus vulgaris pod and grain respectively. RNA was extracted from different samples. RNA quality detection, sequencing and data processing were performed.
