Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Location of ERPs (institutions receiving the public) in Seine-et-Marne

The term institution receiving the public (ERP) refers in French law to public or private places for clients or users other than employees (employees or civil servants) who are protected by occupational health and safety rules.

This layer comprises a very large number of establishments such as cinemas, theatres, shops (from the outlet to the large surface), libraries, schools, universities, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, railway stations, the various places of worship, and whether they are fixed or temporary structures (hat, inflatable structures).

It presents establishments receiving categories 1 to 4 of the public and those subject to periodic visits for category 5. Some establishments are not georeferenced but are still described in the table.

根据法国法律，面向公众场所（Établissement Recevant du Public，简称ERP）这一术语，指的是供除受职业健康安全规则保护的雇员（企业员工或公务员）之外的客户或使用者使用的公共或私人场所。
该数据图层涵盖数量众多的场所，包括电影院、剧院、各类商铺（从街边小店到大型卖场）、图书馆、学校、高等院校、酒店、餐厅、医院、火车站以及各类宗教礼拜场所，且涵盖固定或临时搭建的设施（如临时棚屋、充气式结构）。
该图层包含面向1至4类公众的场所，以及需接受定期检查的第5类场所。部分场所未进行地理坐标标注，但仍在表格中进行了描述。
