Here, we examined the potential role and mechanism of gp96 protein in regulating FoxP3 transcription and Treg activation in vivo. We analyzed gene-expression profiles of FoxP3-GFP+ Tregs from Foxp3-GFP-hCre mice immunized with gp96 and pbs.
