FRM Local Plan Districts (LPDs)

Flood Risk Management Local Plan Districts (LPDs) are geographical areas that are designated for flood management under the Flood Risk Management Act (Scotland) 2009. These areas have been based on river catchments that can cross administrative and institutional boundaries, in some locations local edits have been made to ensure locations which are part of the same sewer catchment have not been split across LPDs. SEPA and responsible authorities use these areas for the co-ordination of flood risk management in Scotland and to develop ongoing partnership working.洪水风险管理地方规划区（Flood Risk Management Local Plan Districts，简称LPDs）是依据《2009年（苏格兰）洪水风险管理法案》划定的用于洪水管理的地理区域。此类区域以可跨越行政与管理边界的河流集水区为基础划定，部分区域已进行局部调整，以确保同属一个污水集水区的地域不会被拆分至不同的LPDs中。苏格兰环境保护局（SEPA）与相关主管部门将依托此类区域统筹协调苏格兰境内的洪水风险管理工作，并推进常态化伙伴协作机制的构建。
