House coordinates

The official house coordinates define the exact position of a house. The data source is the land register of the Länder and thus the official list of all parcels and buildings in Germany. Unlike data calculated by interpolation, the official house coordinates are based on an individual on-site survey. They are continuously updated by the cadastral authorities, which guarantees customers a long-term investment security.The house coordinates include: Statistical country, county and municipality keys, street keys and names, house no., ETRS89/UTM coordinates with zone prefix 32, zip code (previously still without), Postal place name, addition to the postal place name.
