Annex 1: OHIP-14, HU-DBI, and validation matrix (Spanish version)

This annex contains the full versions of the instruments used in the study titled “Dataset: Quality of Life and Oral Health Perception among Hospital Staff in Trujillo, Peru (2024).”It includes the Spanish versions of the OHIP-14 (Oral Health Impact Profile) and the HU-DBI (Hiroshima University - Dental Behavioral Inventory) questionnaires, as well as the validation matrix based on expert judgment.These tools were used to assess oral health-related quality of life (OHRQoL) and self-care behaviors.The validation matrix documents the content validity process and reliability estimates.This file is made publicly available to promote transparency and reproducibility of the instruments employed in the main dataset:[DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.14847738].
