资源简介:
This project aims to utilize high-throughput sequencing technology for an in-depth comparative transcriptomic analysis between a knockout strain of the trpE gene and its wild type counterpart in Aeromonas salmonicida SRW-OG1. The focus lies on elucidating the pivotal role of the trpE gene within bacterial physiological functions, metabolic pathways, and potential signaling cascades.By analyzing differentially expressed genes (DEGs), our study seeks to uncover the impact of the trpE gene on bacterial growth, metabolism, and environmental adaptability mechanisms. This will contribute significantly to understanding transcriptional regulation networks and potentially inform novel antimicrobial strategies development.Specifically, we have engineered a trpE gene deletion mutant and compared it against the wild type through RNA sequencing techniques. Our data analysis encompasses quality control measures, quantification of gene expression levels, differential expression profiling, and functional enrichment analysis. The findings are poised to offer profound insights into the function of the trpE gene in A. salmonicida and its influence on survival tactics. Our research endeavors to provide fresh perspectives and strategies for infection control by deepening knowledge on the role of the trpE gene. We anticipate contributing new scientific data and perspectives to fields focusing on bacterial gene function studies and disease prevention efforts.
