The data were gathered as part of a master's thesis from 50 pre-service EFL teachers at a foundation university located in Turkey. The aim of this survey was to unveil pre-service EFL teachers' acceptance and self-efficacy level of using Augmented Reality Technology. Technology Acceptance Model survey was used to gather the data both before and after the ten-week-long implementation process during which they were expected to design AR-embedded language learning materials. Part A included 24 items based on 4 points Likert scale while Part B consisted of 10 items based on 4 points Likert scale. The paired-sample t-test indicated that their acceptance level differed significantly after their experience. However, their self-efficacy level did not show significant increase after their hands-on experience with AR technology.
