To evaluate whether wild-type cells from CCUS patients are transcriptionally dysfunctional, we performed long-read single-cell RNA sequencing analyses of heathy donor and CCUS bone marrow (BM) mononuclear cells. Overall design: BM MNCs were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting and analyzed using scRNAseq.
