Source data for structural characterization and performance testing of S-scheme heterojunction materials.

The data sets obtained from various instrument tests in the experiments on property characterization and performance testing of a series of samples. Origin was used to draw pictures. Specifically, the data sets are marked and displayed in the order of the pictures, named after the sample names. For each part, the former column is the x-axis and the latter column is the y-axis. The calculation methods involved have been provided in the Supporting Information.
