Dataset for: Intrusion dynamics of particle plumes in stratified water with weak crossflow: Application to deep ocean blowouts

This datasets contains laboratory measurements of the spatial distribution of a continuous stream of dense glass beads release from a carriage towed at a constant velocity across a salt-stratified tank. The glass beads were collected in a grid of cells mounted on a bottom sled which was towed along with the source. Particle size and tow speeds were varied. A total of 11 experiments were conducted. This dataset contains tabular, comma delimited ASCII representations of the supporting data supplied along with the paper "Wang, D., Adams, E. E. (2016).
