Local Planning Plan — Zonage — Urban Community of Dunkirk

In France, the Plan Local d’Urbanisme (PLU) is the main planning document for urban planning at the municipal or inter-communal level. It replaces the Land Use Plan (POS) since the Law on Urban Solidarity and Renewal of 13 December 2000, known as the SRU Law. Zoning makes it possible to determine geographically the current and/or future use of the soil.
