Annotations, alignments and a newick tree for comparative analyses of vertebrate V1Rs
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains supporting data for the study on the evolutionary diversification of vomeronasal type 1 receptor (V1R) genes across chordates, with particular focus on the origin and lineage-specific expansion of the V1R2 clade. The archive includes V1R gene annotations, multiple sequence alignments, and a Newick-formatted phylogenetic tree used in the comparative genomic and phylogenetic analyses. The annotations include intact V1R coding sequences identified from genome assemblies of vertebrates. The alignments and phylogenetic tree correspond to the analyses used to classify vertebrate V1Rs into major clades and to resolve the subclade structure of V1R2. These files provide the basis for the analyses of V1R copy number variation, V1R clade classification, and lineage-specific V1R2 expansion described in the associated manuscript.
