Preliminary Current Catalog of Solar Flare Events with X-ray Classes M1 - X>17.5. XXIV Cycle of Solar Activity (2009-2017)

The solar flare event Catalog for solar cycle 23 groups together into one system the main data of the whole array of flares with an X-ray class equal to or greater than M1 (10^-5 Wm^-2). The Catalog includes all solar flares of medium and large importance, their main characteristics, their manifestations in the whole range of electromagnetic waves, in the radiation of solar energetic particles (E>10 MeV), in the observed dynamic phenomena. The data are stored in the World Data Center for Solar-Terrestrial Physics, Moscow (http://www.wdcb.ru/stp/index.en.html). The data are freely accessible.
