WMS Remscheider electoral districts and voting districts

Overview of the 54 voting districts and 26 electoral districts in the city of Remscheid. A voting district is a local delimitation (organizational unit) for holding in political elections. The voting districts are to be distinguished according to the statutory provisions (Law on municipal elections/Landtag Election Act) in such a way as to facilitate participation in the election as much as possible for all persons entitled to vote. Each voting district is assigned a polling station to carry out the electoral process. Electoral districts result from the aggregation of the corresponding voting districts. Changes are made by the municipal election committee when changes in population distribution or legal requirements are required. The last time in Remscheid on 26 February 2020, adjustments were decided on the basis of a judgment of the Constitutional Court for the Land NRW of 20 December 2019 (VerfGH 35/19).雷姆沙伊德市54个投票区（voting district）与26个选举区（electoral district）概况。投票区是为开展政治选举而划定的本地划界组织单元，其划分需依据法定规范（市政选举法/州议会选举法），以最大限度便利所有符合选举资格的选民参与选举。每个投票区均会配备一个投票站以开展选举流程。选举区由若干对应的投票区合并组成。当人口分布出现变动或法律法规提出调整要求时，市政选举委员会可对选区进行调整。雷姆沙伊德市上一次调整选区划分是在2020年2月26日，此次调整的依据为北莱茵-威斯特伐利亚州（NRW）宪法法院2019年12月20日作出的第35/19号判决（VerfGH 35/19）。
