The raw data and the results of the particle metric analysis performed for the SEM images of the ΔpurC biofilm cells in K10T-1 with 0.2mM adenine at 6hrs.

The “SEM images” folder contains the original SEM images obtained for the analyses, and the selected particles are shown in several colors in the each image in the “Particle images” folder. The “particle.csv” is the excel file in which information on each particle is described. The “report.doc” file is the summary of the analysis that contains statistical data on the analysis.

"SEM图像"文件夹内存放本次分析所用的原始扫描电子显微镜（Scanning Electron Microscope，SEM）图像；"颗粒图像"文件夹中的每张图像均以多种颜色标注出被选中的颗粒。"particle.csv"为记录各颗粒相关信息的表格文件。"report.doc"文件为本次分析的总结文档，其中包含本次分析的统计数据。
