Description -------- This is a data set consisting of spinal cord MRI data from 48 participants. For each participant, there is i) a T2-weighted anatomical image, ii) two different kinds of field-maps (vendor-based and in-house), iii) z-shim reference EPI scans, and iv) EPI images obtained under different z-shim sequence variants (no z-shim, manual z-shim, automated z-shim) and with different echo times. For more information on this data specification, see https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/stable/ Each participant’s data are in one subdirectory (e.g., `sub-ZS001`), which contains the raw NIfTI data (after DICOM to NIfTI conversion) for this particular participant, as well as the associated metadata. The z-shim indices that were selected during scanning for both the automated and the manual sequence variants can be found in the following files (in the “derivatives” parent directory), which contain the data for all participants: autozshimPicks_duringScan.csv and manualzshimPicks_duringScan.csv. Please note that the EPI time-series data (250 volumes acquired under different z-shimming sequence variants) are not shared. Derivatives based on these volumes that were used to produce the results reported in the article by Kaptan et al. (such as tSNR maps) are shared for each participant and can be found in each participant’s subdirectory of the “derivatives” parent directory.
