Representation of water points which meet the criteria laid down by the Prefectural Decree of 26 October 2017.It was adopted pursuant to the Ministerial Order of 04 May 2017 on the placing on the market and use of plant protection products and their adjuvants referred to in Article L.253-1 of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code. A strip of 5 metres (or more if specified in the instructions for use of the product) in the vicinity of these water points shall not undergo treatment.本数据集为符合2017年10月26日省级政令所定标准的水体点位表征数据。该标准依据2017年5月4日部长令制定，该部长令针对《农村与海洋渔业法典》第L.253-1条提及的植物保护产品及其助剂的上市与使用作出规定。上述水体点位周边需划定5米宽的带状区域（若产品使用说明书另有规定则可扩大范围），该区域内不得进行施药作业。
