The development plan is a binding land management plan in which the admissibility of land use (e.g. residential areas, road areas, green spaces, compensation areas, common needs, etc.) and their design (such as overbuilt area, number of full storeys, planting of green components, installations for external development of the land, etc.) can be determined.
