VIOLENȚA ÎN MEDIUL ȘCOLAR ÎN JURISPRUDENȚA NAȚIONALĂ

The research on the particularities of violence in the school environment in the national jurisprudence represents the results of some investigations obtained as a result of the specialized doctrine, the analysis of the national legislation, the analysis of the files from the judicial practice of the Republic of Moldova relevant to the purpose of the study in terms of the legal framework and the qualification of the facts. From a practical point of wiew, court sentences on criminal cases resolved in national courts on criminal cases resolved in national courts were studied: 11 practical cases that were examined and are still being examined under the aspect of criminal law in the period 2016-2023. 本研究针对国家司法判例体系中的校园暴力特殊性展开探讨，其研究成果源自多维度调研：涵盖对专业学术学说的梳理、本国立法的分析，以及针对摩尔多瓦共和国司法实践档案的研判——上述档案均围绕本研究核心目标，从法律框架与事实定性两个维度完成筛选。从实践维度出发，本研究对摩尔多瓦本国法院审结的刑事案件判例进行分析，共选取2016年至2023年间以刑法视角审理及仍在审理中的11起实务案件作为研究样本。
