资源简介:
In the present study, body weight was used as a key indicator to measure growth traits, and 98 individuals of maximal and minimal grass carp under hypersaline stress (6ppt)were collected for the first time for a genome-wide association study. The tail fin of ninety-eight individuals with extreme traits (48 with fast-growing and 50 with slow-growing) were selected for GWAS analysis.
