List of contracts financed by AFD with the financial contribution of the European Union

AFD is mobilising an increasing number of funds delegated by the European Union. This document lists the projects supported by AFD that benefit from this financial aid. It contains information on works contracts, supply contracts and intellectual service contracts, which enable the activities financed to be carried out. The contracts presented in this document have been listed using the following thresholds: * _For contracts signed before 1 July 2017_: contracts of more than EUR 1 000 000 for works or equipment contracts, and contracts of more than EUR 100 000 for intellectual service contracts. * _For contracts signed after 1 July 2017_: contracts of more than €15,000, for all types of services combined. These data are updated annually (Data up-to-date as at 31/12/2020).法国开发署（Agence Française de Développement，简称AFD）正动用日益增多的欧盟委托拨付资金。本文件列出了受益于该类财政援助、且由AFD支持的项目，包含工程合同、供货合同及智力服务合同相关信息，此类合同为受资助项目的落地执行提供支撑。 本文件收录的合同按照以下阈值标准筛选列示： * 2017年7月1日前签署的合同：工程类或设备类合同金额需超过100万欧元（EUR 1 000 000），智力服务类合同金额需超过10万欧元（EUR 100 000）。 * 2017年7月1日及之后签署的合同：所有类型服务类合同的合计金额需超过1.5万欧元（€15,000）。 本数据集按年度更新，最新数据截至2020年12月31日。
