The Backup and Development Plan (PSMV) is an urban planning document whose origin dates back to 1962. It applies in the protected areas of certain municipalities to protect the historical and aesthetic heritage. He plays the role of PLU. Another marked difference with a PLU, the PSMV provides rules for both private and public spaces that are of historical or aesthetic interest, and whose conservation is an issue.
