该数据为东北三省2000年固定样地气象数据。数据为矢量数据，包括月降水量、气温、光照百分比、光照时数等属性字段。调查数据的表结构按照《林业科学数据中心标准与规范》中的要求进行标准化，经过排列、筛选、整合、归类、检查数据等主要工序，最后根据本项目标准加工成最终产品。数据比例尺为1：10万。This dataset comprises meteorological data from permanent sampling plots in the three provinces of Northeast China in 2000. It is in vector data format, with attribute fields including monthly precipitation, air temperature, sunlight percentage, and sunshine duration, among others. The table structure of the survey data was standardized in accordance with the requirements specified in the "Standards and Specifications of the Forestry Scientific Data Center". It underwent key processing steps including arrangement, screening, integration, classification, and data validation, before being processed into the final product according to the standards of this project. The data scale is 1:100,000.
