Volume 5/2907 contains a breakdown of motions to be heard into five categories: new trial motions; special cases, verdicts or demurrers; peremptory cases (ie. motions to enter nonsuits, postpone trials); caveats (to suspend granting probate or letters of administration); and equity suits (for hearing, exceptions for argument). Volume 5/2908 has a breakdown into special cases, demurrers, new trials and nonsuits (from February 1844).
