This repository contains the R scripts and supporting files used for the statistical analyses presented in the master’s thesis: “Biophysical, Geographical, and Climate Determinants of Blue Carbon Storage Potential in Coastal Wetlands.” The repository includes model estimation workflows, diagnostic testing, variable selection procedures, and robust regression analyses for a global coastal wetland carbon storage meta-analysis.
