硫化钌析氢催化剂的制备、表征过程数据集

“硫化钌数据集” 来源于新型催化剂实验研究过程，可用于包括催化剂HER活性和耐久性性能表征在内的各项数据。数据内容为XRD测试数据、SEM测试数据、HRTEM测试数据、XPS测试数据、Raman测试数据、LSV测试数据、Tafel 斜率测试数据、恒电流测试数据、同步辐射测试数据等，采集方案从仪器自带软件拟定，采集地点为北京化工大学，采集时间为2019年1月- 2019年6月，使用的设备为JEOL JSM6335扫描电子显微镜、JEOL JEM 2100高分辨电镜、Rigaku D/max 2500X射线衍射仪、ESCALAB 250 X射线光电子能谱仪、LabRAMA拉曼测试仪、1W1B北京同步辐射线站、CHI660E上海辰华电化学工作站The Ruthenium Sulfide Dataset is sourced from experimental research on novel catalysts, and can be utilized for various characterization tasks including the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) activity and durability performance of catalysts. The dataset encompasses XRD test data, SEM test data, HRTEM test data, XPS test data, Raman test data, LSV test data, Tafel slope test data, constant current test data, synchrotron radiation test data, and other related test data. The data collection protocol was developed using the built-in software of the corresponding instruments. The data was collected at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, with the collection period spanning from January 2019 to June 2019. The testing equipment used includes JEOL JSM6335 scanning electron microscope, JEOL JEM 2100 high-resolution transmission electron microscope, Rigaku D/max 2500 X-ray diffractometer, ESCALAB 250 X-ray photoelectron spectrometer, LabRAMA Raman tester, 1W1B Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Beamline, and CHI660E Shanghai Chenhua Electrochemical Workstation.
