Mortierellaceae representatives were isolated from ephemeral freshwater environments into axenic cultures as a part of a biodiversity study. One of Linnemannia strains was grown on Potato Dextrose broth with 100 mg of ciprofloxacin per litre. Then DNA was isolated with Bacterial & Yeast Genomic DNA Purification Kit (EURx) and sequenced with the use of NanoPore MinION platform.
