Host BALF RNA-seq gene expression profile

This sheet contains processed RNA-seq gene expression profiles derived from 62 BALF samples of children with macrolide-unresponsive <i>Mycoplasma pneumoniae</i> pneumonia (MUMPP). The table provides normalized gene expression levels for each sample, generated after RNA-seq data processing, including quality control, rRNA filtering, genome alignment, and quantification of gene expression. This dataset enables downstream analyses such as differential gene expression and pathway enrichment studies.
