Transcriptional profiling of liver biopsies of precancerous viral hepatitis patients: Validation cohort

We used RNA-seq to map the transcriptomes of archived formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) liver biopsies from precancerous chronic viral hepatitis patients with known clinical outcome. This Series contains the validation cohort used to validate the predictive transcriptomic signature. Overall design: Transcriptomic profiles of 51 patients with at least 1 million mapped reads were retained in the validation dataset.
