Wind speed field measurements on a low-rise building in sparse suburban terrain

Wind speeds were recorded by two ultrasonic anemometers located on the roof of a low-rise building on the Central Washington University campus. The terrain conditions are considered sparse suburban. The "rooftop" instrument was located at 72 ft (21.9m) above ground and the "panel" instrument was in front of a photovoltaic (PV) array at 41 ft (12.5 m) above ground. The sampling rate is at XX Hz for time series of 15 minutes when the mean wind speed was > 10 mph (4.46 m/s). The data are provided in .csv format.
