Watercourses or portion of watercourses to be bordered by grassed strips under good agricultural and environmental conditions, defined by prefectural decree.
This layer is an addition to the rivers to the permanent regime (those in full line) of the last edition of the SCAN25.

These rivers are defined in the inter-ministerial circular Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046 of 27 September 2005, pursuant to the Order of 12 January 2005 for the application of Articles R.615-10 and R.615-12 of the Rural Code and on environmental cover and rotation rules.

PLEASE NOTE: This data shows only a small proportion of BCAE streams, some intermittent streams (dotted on SCAN25), remarkable Adouxs, and some canals.

上述河道的定义依据2005年1月12日发布的、用于实施《农村法典》第R.615-10条与第R.615-12条的政令，以及2005年9月27日印发的跨部门通告《Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046》，同时遵循环境覆盖与轮作相关规则。
请注意：本数据仅涵盖少部分BCAE河道、部分在SCAN25中以虚线标注的间歇性河道、特色阿杜克斯（Adouxs）水系以及部分运河。
