The inattentional gap in task conditioned AI models that omit otherwise reportable safety critical signals (reproducibility deposit)

Scenario generators, image-composition and stimulus code, model-query and adjudication scripts (including verbatim judge prompts), per-item adjudication result files, and generated figures. All reported statistics reproduce offline from the frozen outputs; API scripts are supplied for prospective reruns. Stimulus images are withheld from public redistribution (third-party rights; see SOURCE_PROVENANCE_STATEMENT.md) and are available from the corresponding author.
