针对5G基站系统的需求,研究射频开关,实现5G基站射频前端核心芯片的全国产化。本数据集主要涉及射频开关的研究,包括射频开关设计阶段的电路仿真、原理图、PCB数据,以及验证阶段使用矢量网络分析仪、信号源、功率计等仪表采集的插损、隔离度、IP1dB等数据,并采集了射频开关样品及实测环境照片数据,数据集15.20MB。
Aiming at the demands of 5G base station systems, this study focuses on radio frequency (RF) switches, with the goal of realizing full domestic localization of core chips for the RF front-end of 5G base stations. This dataset is mainly related to the research on RF switches, including circuit simulation results, schematic diagrams, and PCB data generated during the RF switch design phase, as well as measured parameters such as insertion loss, isolation, and 1dB compression point (IP1dB) collected via instruments including vector network analyzers, signal generators, and power meters during the verification phase. Additionally, the dataset contains data of RF switch samples and photos of the actual measurement environment, with a total size of 15.20 MB.
