SE.ACMF Meteorological observations — Precipitation type 12 or 24-hour value

Purpose: Describes current weather and over time the climate. Unit: Code values translated into text description Characteristics: Observed rainfall types in the last 12 or 24 hours, depending on the station type. Manual synop stations report precipitation type at 18 UTC which is valid 24 hours. Most climate stations report at 06 UTC where precipitation type is also valid 24 hours. However, there are some stations that indicate the type of rainfall valid for 12 hours and these then report both 06 UTC and 18 UTC. Design: Date, time, text code and quality. Quality codes: Green = Verified and accepted values. Yellow = Suspected values, aggregated values, roughly controlled archive data and uncontrolled real-time data (last 2 hours).本数据集旨在描述当前天气状况及随时间演变的气候特征。 编码说明：将代码值转换为对应的文本描述。 数据特征：根据站点类型的差异，统计过去12小时或24小时内观测到的降雨类型。手动天气观测站（Manual synop stations）会在协调世界时（UTC）18时上报降水类型，该类数据的有效时长为24小时；大多数气候站会在协调世界时（UTC）06时上报降水类型，此类数据的有效时长同样为24小时。但部分站点上报的降雨类型有效时长为12小时，此类站点会同时在协调世界时（UTC）06时与18时进行数据上报。 数据集设计：包含日期、时间、文本代码及质量标识四类字段。 质量编码规则：绿色标识代表已验证并通过审核的有效数据；黄色标识代表可疑数据、聚合数据、经过粗略管控的归档数据，以及未经过管控的近2小时实时数据。
