Network pharmacology-based identification of celabenzine as a putative anti-atherosclerotic candidate — analysis scripts

R scripts supporting the network pharmacology and molecular dynamics analyses described in the manuscript. Includes TCMSP/HERB compound and target screening, gene-set collection and three-way intersection (DRGs, ASPRGs, PANoptosis-related candidate genes), GO/KEGG enrichment for TTRGs and network hub genes, PPI hub-gene identification, and the molecular docking score heatmap.
