资源简介:
Female C57BL/6j mice were provided with drinking water supplemented with broad-spectrum antibiotics (1 mg/ml ampicillin, 1 mg/ml neomycin, 0.5 mg/ml vancomycin, 1 mg/ml metronidazol, 0.01 mg/ml amphotericin B, and 2.5 mg/ml aspartame) for eleven days. Some mice received drinking water which was additionally supplemented with 100 mM desaminotyrosine (DAT) from day four. Control mice were administered with drinking water containing 2.5 mg/ml aspartame. Stool stamples were collected and snap frozen in liquid nitrogen before 16S-rRNA sequencing with a MiSeq (illumina technology). The samples contain spikes to measure the ratio of bacterial reads to spike reads per sample. Mice were s.c. injected with B16-OVA cells on day four.
