This dataset contains the raw data published in the paper "Submicrometer tunnel ferromagnetic Josephson junctions with transmon energy scale" (doi: 10.1063/5.0303194). In the folder dataset figure2 IVT, it is possible to find the current–voltage characteristics as a function of temperature for the Al (20 nm)/AlO_x (2 nm)/Al (25 nm)/Ni_80Fe_20(3 nm)/Al (70 nm) Josephson junction (Sample A) with a lateral size of 500 nm. In the folder dataset figure3a R0T, it is possible to find the curves of the same junction from which the resistance value on the supercurrent branch R_0, as a function of the temperature T, was extracted. In the folder dataset figure3B IVH, it is possible to find the current–voltage characteristics as a function of magnetic field for Sample B. The folder dataset figure4 contains the theoretical Wentzel–Kramers–Brillouin (WKB) simulations describing the dependence of the resistance in the superconducting branch as a function of the ratio between the charging energy and the Josephson energy.
