The operation Coyuntural Services Index (ICS) offers a set of indicators of a cyclical nature of the evolution of sales and staff employed in the services sector in the Basque Country, both in nominal and real terms. It is calculated for Trade and Services and by subsectors, following the National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE 2009), for the Basque Country and by historical territory. Corrected calendar effects indices (number of working days and public holidays) offer comparable values year-on-year, while quarter-on-quarter comparisons use seasonally adjusted indices (corrected the effect of periodic fluctuations of less than one year).景气服务业指数（Coyuntural Services Index, ICS）提供了一套反映巴斯克地区服务业销售额与从业人员规模周期性演变特征的指标，涵盖名义与实际两种统计口径。该指数依据《经济活动国家分类（CNAE 2009）》，针对巴斯克地区及其历史行政辖区，按贸易与服务业大类及其细分行业分别测算。经日历效应（含工作日与公共假日因素）校正后的指数可提供可比的年度同比数值，而环比对比则采用经季节性调整的指数（已校正周期短于一年的周期性波动影响）。
