Technical description:
Presentation of bathing waters and their monitoring stations on the Internet.

Organisational framework conditions:
The EC Bath Water Directive (2006/7/EC of 15 February 2006) specifies the requirements for monitoring and classification of bathing water quality, management of bathing water quality and information to the public on bathing water quality.
On 26 February 2008, the City of Hamburg adopted the “Ordinance on the Quality and Management of Bathing Waters” for the legal implementation of this EC Directive. This Regulation lays down, in particular, the quality criteria and limit values that are regularly monitored during the bathing season.
The test results of the bathing water are subject to reporting to the European Commission and are requested annually from there. The results of all bathing waters designated in the EU are published on the website of the European Environment Agency (EEA).
The monitoring results of the bathing waters designated in Hamburg are continuously published on the Internet during the bathing season. (see references)

欧盟《沐浴水指令》（EC Bath Water Directive，2006年2月15日发布的2006/7/EC号指令）明确了游泳水域水质监测与分级、水质管理以及向公众公示水质信息的相关要求。2008年2月26日，汉堡市通过"Ordinance on the Quality and Management of Bathing Waters"，以合法落实该欧盟指令的各项规定。该条例尤其划定了游泳季期间需定期监测的水质标准与限值。
游泳水域的检测结果需上报欧盟委员会，且该委员会每年都会索要此类检测数据。欧盟境内所有指定游泳水域的检测结果均会在欧洲环境署（European Environment Agency, EEA）官方网站发布。
汉堡市辖内指定游泳水域的监测结果会在整个游泳季于互联网上持续公示（详见参考文献）。
