Dataset from Ortalli et al 2025

In the present study, twenty-five flavonoid-related compounds were synthesized, and their antiparasitic activity was evaluated in vitro against Leishmania. The most promising molecules were further tested on infected macrophages to assess their ability to influence cytokine secretion and their capacity to bind trypanothione reductase using in silico study. This dataset reports all microbiological data from inhibition experiments (on promastigote and amastigote forms) as well as cytotoxicity data. Information on cytokine secretion (TGF-β, IL-10, IL-1β, and IL-18) are also included.
